Returns

  • You have the right to return most new, unused items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@polipostbusiness.com within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your return.
  2. Once authorised, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back via a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
  • We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been opened or used

Return Postage

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, we will cover return shipping or offer a pre-paid label.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
