Returns
- You have the right to return most new, unused items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support team at info@polipostbusiness.com within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your return.
- Once authorised, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Securely package the item and send it back via a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
- We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been opened or used
Return Postage
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- In such cases, we will cover return shipping or offer a pre-paid label.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
